Lee Habeeb
Senior PartnerLee Habeeb is a graduate of the University of Virginia Law School, and co-founded and executive produced UVA classmate Laura Ingraham's national radio show. Habeeb then moved to Salem Media Group, where he was served as VP of Content since 2007, and led many state and national public policy efforts from education freedom to tax and labor policy.
He is also the founder and host of the nationally syndicated non-profit storytelling show distributed by iHeart Media's Premiere Networks, "Our American Stories," which is currently ranked #10 in the Talkers Heavy 100. He is a weekly essayist for Newsweek, and resides in Fort Worth, TX with his wife Valerie and daughter Reagan.
David Spady
Senior PartnerDavid Spady is a media and government affairs specialist with over two decades of experience in the broadcast industry and government relations.
Spady’s government and public affairs agency, River Public Affairs Group, has managed numerous national media campaigns, grassroots advocacy efforts, legislative initiatives, and lobbying endeavors, including the broadcast industry’s successful effort to secure direct COVID relief funding from Congress, allow national broadcast networks to participate in the Paycheck Protection Program by localizing per market, and securing $160 million in relief funds for the forestry and logging industry. Spady’s advocacy activities have focused on economic freedom, property rights, free markets, regulatory rules and standards, and legal protections.
Over the past three decades, Spady has developed a wide network of alliances with elected officials, media personalities, and key leaders within business, finance and national political arenas, providing him unique access to the most important influencers and decision-makers.
For 25 years, Spady was an executive and advisor for Salem Media Group, one of the largest radio networks in the United States. The company has owned over 110 radio stations in major markets and provides on-air content to over 2,000 affiliate stations. Spady began his work for Salem Media Group with their initial transition from private ownership to public trading (NASDAQ) in 2000, and has served numerous roles within the company.
Spady has appeared on many radio shows and television news broadcasts including CNN, FOX News, ABC, NBC, CBS and Inside Edition. His editorials have been broadly published in newspapers including the Wall Street Journal and Los Angeles Times, and he received a Telly Award for campaign ads.
John Miller
Managing PartnerJohn Miller is a seasoned media sales and political executive with more than 25 years of experience in Washington, DC, operating at the intersection of media, public affairs, and advocacy. He brings a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and developing strategic media platforms that effectively reach and influence targeted audiences.
Throughout his career, John has held senior leadership roles within top-tier media organizations, where he successfully managed and operated television stations in highly competitive markets, as well as founded and launched political/advocacy divisions. His expertise spans media sales, business development, and executive leadership, with a strong focus on delivering measurable results for both corporate and political clients.
Currently, John leads the day-to-day operations of Affinity Campaigns, a Washington, DC–based public affairs and strategic communications firm. In this role, he connects political and advocacy clients with conservative audiences through integrated media platforms, combining strategic insight with executional excellence to influence public opinion and policy outcomes. John’s core strengths include media revenue strategy, political advertising, audience targeting, and organizational leadership. He is particularly focused on helping organizations navigate the evolving media landscape while maximizing both reach and effectiveness.
Tyler Spady
Partner/Director of OperationsTyler Spady is a public affairs and communications strategist with experience in government relations, policy development, and national advocacy campaigns. His work focuses on helping organizations navigate complex policy environments, shape public narratives, and engage key stakeholders at the state and federal levels.Tyler previously served as Policy Advisor to the Montana State Auditor’s Office of Securities and Insurance, where he supported policy development and legislative initiatives, working closely with the Montana Legislature and the Governor’s office.
Tyler has also worked extensively with federal, state, and local transportation agencies on government contract procurement, helping organizations understand procurement processes, build relationships with public-sector stakeholders, and navigate complex contracting environments. Most recently, Tyler served as national media strategist for Salem Media, where he developed national messaging strategies and led large-scale media and advocacy campaigns designed to inform the public, build awareness around policy issues, and mobilize audiences across multiple platforms.
Tyler holds a degree in Political Science and maintains strong relationships across Washington, D.C.’s policy, media, and advocacy communities, enabling him to connect organizations with influential voices and platforms to advance their communications objectives.
Ben Angle
Senior Director of Media and CommunicationsBen Angle, founder and president of 1224 Strategies, is an innovative and trusted media planning and placement expert known for industry expertise, creativity and data-driven strategic planning. He excels at building high-performance teams while fostering collaboration and cultivating genuine relationships that help clients achieve their goals.
He has over two decades of experience managing paid media for multibillion-dollar companies, PACs, and political campaigns at the highest levels of politics in the U.S. Ben served as the linear media director for two presidential campaigns.
Dennis Sternisky
Senior Director of Media and CommunicationsDennis has been a marketing / media executive for the past 30 years. In this role, he conceives, implements and executes Marketing / PR strategies for clients in corporate and nonprofits sectors.
Dennis’ experience ranges from Broadcast Industry to Start Up, Product Development, Venture Capital, Marketing and Operations, Public Relations and Strategic Development. He holds two U.S. Patents.
He has planned, negotiated and bought media for Presidential, Senate and Gubernatorial campaigns. In addition he’s developed and executed marketing campaigns focused on some of the country’s biggest issues like Drug Pricing, Healthcare and Tax Cuts. He’s used his expertise to create campaigns that have driven powerful results for Academy Award nominated films, NonProfit donor development and Corporate clients.
Dennis is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
Latrise Deruise
Business, Finance, & Accounting CoordinatorLatrise Deruise graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Radio, Television, and Film.
She is a business operations and administrative specialist with over two decades of experience in broadcast media. Currently, she manages and executes political advertising campaigns for Salem Political Solutions. Latrise processes agreements and coordinates the accounting affairs.
Abigail Musser
Marketing Operations CoordinatorAbigail is a Marketing Operations Coordinator at Salem Media Group, where she supports the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across the company’s media platforms. In her role, she focuses on marketing operations, data analysis, and systems management, helping teams streamline processes, track campaign performance, and implement tools that improve efficiency and decision-making.
Abigail has been with Salem Media Group for two years and plays a key role in supporting operational workflows that enable marketing and sales teams to effectively reach audiences across Salem’s multimedia network.
She holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
